I founded Optimum Canine in 2015, with a passion for dog training and the use of positive reinforcement based training methods. My sole desire was to help dogs and owners build stronger relationships and a greater understanding for our much loved pets. This mission started in my local area of Gravesend, but word of my training company quickly spread throughout the South-East of England, allowing me to quit my job, and training dogs on a full time basis.
My dog training and behaviourist services now spread across Kent, South-East London, Essex, Sussex and Surrey counties.
My Qualifications & Experience
I have many qualifications in dog training, dog psychology, dog behaviour, behaviour technician, from animal colleges and universities across the world. Optimum Canine is qualified and accredited to provide a wide variety of animal training services; instructor/trainer, certified animal behaviourist, fund raising for SEDR (Hound Hikes & Hillside Likes), & educational speaker on animal related topics.

With over two decades of dog training experience, practical and theory knowledge, successful techniques, behaviour management, psychology and aggression, I know I can help you empower yourself and your much beloved pet. Any problem behaviour, any training issue, together we can get you the results you desire whilst having fun.
With my qualifications and experience as a behaviourist and a behaviour technician, I can show my clients and provide evidence that our training is working - or that it is not and we have to change tactics. I offer specialised puppy training courses and one to one services, bespoke one to one adolescent/social mature dog training services, FREE consultations for all breeds, and aggression rehabilitation services.
