At Optimum Canine, we understand that dog parenting isn't always a walk in the park. That's why our "Perfect Petiquette Program" program is designed to turn your naughty but nice dogs into the perfect companions you always knew they could be. This package includes two intensive lessons, beginning with the first lesson being a thorough consultation to get to know your pet better. We'll sniff out all those quirky behaviours and traits to develop a comprehensive case history file. This isn't just a file, but a roadmap to your dog's personality, which helps us understand what makes them tick, wag, or bark! Using this unique roadmap, we establish behaviour contingencies and design a tailor-made training plan. Our training is not about changing who your dog is – it's about understanding them and guiding their behaviour in a direction that's more conducive to a harmonious human-canine relationship. Cancellation Policy

*Buy purchasing you are legally accepting the terms below; *All cancellations must be requested 24hrs before your lesson. Failure to do so will result in a missed lesson. *A 7 day cooling off period is provided, if you change your mind then please request your money back 48hrs before your first lesson. *Once you have completed your first lesson/consultation your right to a refund is voided. *If your lessons run past there validity date, it is Optimum Canine's discretion if we extend that time. *Post your reviews for Optimum Canine to gain data in our teaching methods. *Please note that in order to post a bad review you must provide training logs and video evidence that you have been following advice & the training has not been helpful. Optimum Canine will not tolerate owner negligence. *Only bad reviews of the training advice or guidance, can be issued on any site, including but not exclusive to; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Bing, Yell, etc. *We are a dog training company. Any reviews in the running of the business or conduct is strictly forbidden. *All pictures & videos sent or taken in lessons will be free to be posted on social media platforms in whatever order we deem necessary for public viewing. *The owner is responsible for any mishaps that happen whilst training. This includes damages to property, injuries to the general public and other animals. *Any infractions will occur a penalty of £500 per incident.
