Cancellation Policy

By purchasing you legally agree to the following: • 24hrs notice required for cancellations — otherwise the lesson is lost. • 7-day cooling-off period; refunds must be requested 48hrs before your first lesson. • After your first lesson/consultation, refunds are not available. • Lessons must be used within 3 months unless extended at our discretion. • Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog. • Photos/videos taken or sent may be used on social media unless you request otherwise. Feedback / Reviews: • Negative reviews can ONLY be given if evidence is provided showing you followed the training (videos/logs). • Optimum Canine will not accept negative feedback caused by owner negligence or lack of practice. • Reviews must relate to training only — not business operations or personal matters.
