Cancellation Policy
*Buy purchasing you are legally accepting the terms below; *All cancellations must be requested 24hrs before your lesson. Failure to do so will result in a missed lesson. *A 7 day cooling off period is provided, if you change your mind then please request your money back 48hrs before your first lesson. *Once you have completed your first lesson/consultation your right to a refund is voided. *If your lessons run past there validity date, it is Optimum Canine's discretion if we extend that time. *Post your reviews for Optimum Canine to gain data in our teaching methods. *Please note that in order to post a bad review you must provide training logs and video evidence that you have been following advice & the training has not been helpful. Optimum Canine will not tolerate owner negligence. *Only bad reviews of the training advice or guidance, can be issued on any site, including but not exclusive to; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Bing, Yell, etc. *We are a dog training company. Any reviews in the running of the business or conduct is strictly forbidden. *All pictures & videos sent or taken in lessons will be free to be posted on social media platforms in whatever order we deem necessary for public viewing. *The owner is responsible for any mishaps that happen whilst training. This includes damages to property, injuries to the general public and other animals. *Any infractions will occur a penalty of £500 per incident.
